For its last installment of orientation, DOLE BPO Labor and Employment Officers headed by Ms. Roma Rori Mae Magtaas and Ms. Jenalyn De Chavez led the conduct of orientation with 46 contractors in the fourth district of Batangas.

One of the participants, Mr. Bobby Guce, expressed his sincere appreciation of the initiative for the department in educating and assisting them with their CSHP application requirements.

Prior to the orientation in Lipa City, DOLE BPO also held similar activities in other field offices of DPWH in Balayan, Batangas City, and Tanauan City.

Mr. Mishael Alwyn Castillo, an employee of DPWH handling CSHP applications, shared that the learning that they acquired will aid them in implementing the program swiftly.

Twenty-two (22) attendees participated in the CSHP Orientation in Tanauan City, Batangas, on February 22.

According to Ms. Magtaas, the orientation aims to provide technical guidance on the CSHP application process to existing construction contractors in the province.

During the orientation, resource speakers reiterated the different documents required as well as the common errors upon application.

Labor and employment officers also tackled the general labor standards and the family welfare program of the department.

A total of 129 contractors joined in the four orientations of DOLE personnel in various DPWH field offices.

Twenty-three (23) participants attended the CSHP Orientation in Batangas City, Batangas. February 27.

Thirty-eight (38) contractors joined the CSHP Orientation in Balayan, Batangas, on February 27.
