DOLE BATANGAS, PESOs CONDUCT YEAR-END PERFORMANCE ASSESSMENT IN BATANGAS CITY

The Department of Labor and Employment IV-A, through its Batangas Provincial Office and the Batangas Provincial Federation of PESO Managers Inc., capped 2025 with their Year-End Performance Assessment held at the Batangas Country Club, Batangas City, on December 4.

The highlights of the event centered on the amendment and ratification of the Constitution and By-Laws of the Federation and the planning for the implementation of employment facilitation programs. Moreover, the DOLE announced the release of the Jobs and Labor Market Forecast for 2026-2027.
Meanwhile, Mr. Noel Silang, President of the Batangas Provincial Federation of PESO Managers Inc., discussed the evaluation of the 25th National PESO Congress as well as the accomplishments of the PESOs and JPOs this year.
DOLE Batangas Director Predelma Tan led the awarding ceremony of special awards for exemplary PESOs and JPOs that implemented employment facilitation programs for 2025.

Consequently, the program proceeded with the awarding of outstanding job fair and Special Program for the Employment of Students (SPES) implementers, and those offices with outstanding social media initiatives.
The DOLE BPO labor standards unit also awarded the PESO with the most number of participating micro establishments on the conduct of the Technical and Advisory Visit.
