DOLE BPO LAUNCHES PESO-DOLE BATANGAS TRABAHO LINK, STRENGTHENS REFERRAL AND PLACEMENT INITIATIVES

The Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) IV-A through its Batangas Provincial Office Employment Unit, in partnership with the Public Employment Service Offices (PESOs) and Job Placement Offices across the province, officially launched on March 11, 2026 the PESO–DOLE Batangas Trabaho Link: Referral and Placement Program, an online employment facilitation initiative designed to strengthen job referral and placement services for jobseekers.

The PESO–DOLE Batangas Trabaho Link serves as a streamlined referral system that enables PESOs to connect qualified jobseekers with partner companies that have available job vacancies as verified by the PESO/JPO. 

Through this initiative, jobseekers can register through a digital referral form, to which, the DOLE personnel will validate and eventually refer to concerned PESO/JPO, allowing them to efficiently match applicants’ qualifications, skills, and work experience with the manpower requirements of accredited employers of the concerned PESO/JPO.

The program is open not only to Batangueños but also to jobseekers from other provinces who are seeking legitimate employment opportunities in Batangas.

By strengthening coordination between PESOs and partner companies, the initiative aims to centralize job matching, expedite the referral process, and enhance the delivery of employment facilitation services in the province.

During the first 24 hours since its launch, the online referral form received overwhelming responses of over 500 jobseekers from all over southern Luzon. 

Interested jobseekers may participate in the program by preparing an updated resume, signing up through the Referral and Placement Digital Form, and awaiting referral from PESO to partner companies with available job vacancies.

Through the PESO–DOLE Batangas Trabaho Link, the Department continues to advance its commitment to expanding access to employment opportunities and promoting efficient labor market services for jobseekers and employers.
