For the participants, the discussion shared the topics that they found essential in maintaining their work-life balance.

Union and management representatives also shared the essence of realizing the FWP in their company.

For Mr. Vincent Banta, management representative, the FWP will not only protect the welfare of the families but also the workers of the company. “Para mapangalagaan ang bawat employee ng kompanya and then magkaroon ng magandang samahan sa kompanya,” he shared.

A total of 20 workers, management, and union representatives joined the orientation. Aside from the aforementioned topics, DOLE representatives also shared the newly published Labor Advisory No. 01-23 about Food and Waterborne Disease Prevention and Control in the Workplace.

DOLE Batangas aims to conduct more FWP Orientation encouraging companies to institutionalize the program for the benefit of their workers and families.
