It can be recalled that the beneficiaries underwent a four-day technical training and 66 days of internship, which nurtured their suitability for the job as production operators of EMD Technology Philippines, Inc. (NEXEM) from July to September.
Aside from the training allowance, they also received their technical training supplies, subsidized by the DOLE.

Niamey Moises, a full-cycle completer who will now embark on her full-time employment with the partner company after expressing her intent to continue, expressed her appreciation for the program, which led to her career milestone.
Another internship completer, Jayvee Vanguardia, said that the Jobstart experience enhanced his skills and equipped him to be job-ready.
In her message during the grand graduation, DOLE Batangas Provincial Director Predelma Tan recognized the contributions of all stakeholders to the success not only of the program but of all the beneficiaries.
“As we celebrate this milestone, let me emphasize that this is just the beginning. We look forward to our continued partnership with the LGU, PESO, industry partners, and mentors in shaping youth employability programs like JobStart. Together, we will keep building opportunities that empower our young people and strengthen our nation’s workforce,” she remarked.

Jobstart Philippines is a program of the DOLE that aims to equip the youth with soft and core as well as technical skills that will bridge them to full employment with various companies that suit their interests and capabilities.
